A: To keep it at peak performance, you should fully charge your battery before you use it or store it and then once every 3 months after you store it for the season.

A: Yes. There is a USB port on the battery for charging your phone and other electronic devices.

A: Each product, depending on number of heat zones, can have different ranges.It can be obtained from the detailed information of each product.

A: No, you cannot charge the vest battery while using it but the battery has a USB port that you can charge your cell phone or other devices that has a USB charger.

A: 1) For the raw material like the fabric, button and wire, we all have Long-term cooperative supplier, we ask them conduct a full inspection of raw materials. Then we will also do random check when received the raw material.

2) For the production process, we use the precise and advanced production equipment to produce the products, and our production supervisor monitor and follow up on-line quality issues.

3) We have implemented the most strict QC inspection system throughout the whole production procedure and conduct a full inspection of all finished products.
