A: It is water resistant and washable for the products ONLY. The battery should be take off before washing and keep away from water as well. Our heated apparel can be washed more than 50 times and you can wash it by machine and dry it.

A: To keep it at peak performance, you should fully charge your battery before you use it or store it and then once every 3 months after you store it for the season.
Q: Does the battery have USB capability to charge my phone?
A: Yes. There is a USB port on the battery for charging your phone and other electronic devices.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Each product, depending on number of heat zones, can have different ranges.It can be obtained from the detailed information of each product.
Q: Can I charge the battery while in use?
A: No, you cannot charge the vest battery while using it but the battery has a USB port that you can charge your cell phone or other devices that has a USB charger.
Q: How do your quality control systems operate?
A: 1) For the raw material like the fabric, button and wire, we all have Long-term cooperative supplier, we ask them conduct a full inspection of raw materials. Then we will also do random check when received the raw material.
