Tajarly™ 1 Year Limited Warranty
This Tajarly Limited Warranty covers heated electronic components and battery for one (1) year from the initial date of purchase from an authorized Channels. This warranty is nontransferable, and proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in heated electronic components and battery for one (1) year from the initial date of purchase from an Tajarly authorized Channels. During the Warranty Period, Tajarly will repair or replace, at no charge, Physical Goods or parts of a Physical Good that prove defective due to defects in material or workmanship.
What will you do to correct problems?
Tajarly will either repair or replace the qualifying warranty product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for heated electrical components and batteries purchased from Tajarly is 365 days from the date of purchase. Any replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
– conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
– normal wear and tear of the garment or item
– warranty does not cover fabric, zipper and other hardware or accessories
Under no circumstances will Tajarly be liable for the incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the product, whether or not the product is found to be covered by this warranty.

To obtain warranty service, simply fill out a Warranty Request. We will assist you in troubleshooting the problem and provide an appropriate solution.
